My yoga journey began over 30 years ago with VHS tapes borrowed from my mom, planting the seeds for a lifelong practice. In 2008, I took my first in-studio yoga class and immediately fell in love. This past summer, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher certification and have since been teaching twice a week to my teaching staff, deepening both my practice and my passion for sharing yoga with others.
Running, especially trail running, is my primary sport and my favorite way to connect with nature. Yoga, on the other hand, brings me closer to myself. It offers grounding, calm, and emotional balance both on and off the mat.
I’m excited to begin teaching at Studio 88, a space that believes music and creativity are for everyone. That open-minded, inclusive approach deeply aligns with how I teach yoga. I offer all-levels Anasa Flow classes, breaking down movements and poses so they are accessible and empowering for all ages, abilities, and bodies. I believe every body is beautiful, capable, and welcome just as they are.
